Spice Village: a collection of shops is just that—a collection of individually owned shops each with their own leased space to sell the very best of products and services. This is the essence of what makes Spice Village the number one shopping destination in Central Texas! We are always looking for new and exciting shop owners to lease space within our community of shops. Are you a current or future business/shop owner? We would love for you to join us! We are what one would call an “incubator” for new businesses. If you are a budding entrepreneur, we would love to be a jumping off point for you. We are also a great house for existing retailers to grow. However new or seasoned you are, we want to help you get off the ground or continue your success by becoming a tenant at Spice Village!
Before you begin the selection process,
here is some general information about space rental:
• 6 month minimum lease term
• First and last month’s rent due at time of signing
• $3.00 per square foot
• Space less than 25 square feet is priced based on size and location
• 5% commission on sales
• Chargeback on credit card fees
• $20 monthly Co-Op marketing fee
We rent shop space of all shapes and sizes; to those who create their own product and to those who purchase products from market, wholesalers, etc. We like to offer a wide variety of products to our customers. We just ask that whatever you do, you do it well! What’s your vision for your shop? If you don’t have one, get one. We want shops with the whole picture: product, visual display, theme and all. We love new businesses, but we want to house and to promote businesses that are serious and passionate about growing their business and building a brand! Whatever your vision, we want to make it come alive! Whatever your product, we want it to sell and to sell well!
